Salted fritters filled with cooked ham and cheese

flour 200 g
milk 300 ml
1 thick slice of Vismara Cooked Ham (120 g)
Parmigiano Reggiano 50 g
Asiago 100 g
eggs 4
yeast 1 sachet
cooking oil


  • Beat the eggs well in a bowl, then slowly add the flour, alternating it with the milk. Add to the mixture the Parmigiano Reggiano, instant yeast, Vismara Cooked Ham and Asiago cut into small pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper, mix to mix all the ingredients well.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a high-sided pan, bring it to temperature and then fry small portions of the dough using two teaspoons to separate and shape the forms.
  • Cook the fritters until they are golden brown on the outside, drain them on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
