Rolls of trevigiano radiccio and Vismara cooked ham

Ingredienti

6 heads of Treviso radicchio
6 slices of Vismara Cooked Ham, 3-4 mm thick
6 slices of Emmental or sweet cheese
extra virgin olive oil
freshly ground pepper
garlic


Preparazione

  • Clean and wash the radicchio, being very careful not to break the leaves.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and a crushed clove of garlic.
  • Place the radicchio, brown it and flavour it with very little salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Let it cook until it is well wilted.
  • Meanwhile, on a cutting board, arrange a slice of cooked ham about 3-4 mm thick; place a thin slice of cheese on top, preferably sweet, and finally the cooked radicchio.
  • Roll the ingredients and hold the roll form by their proximity in the pan.
  • Take a rectangular pan and line it with parchment paper.
