Pasta is always pasta! Our secret? The Vismara ingredients! How can you resist?

Pizza with apulian burrata, Vismara cooked ham and turnip top greens ingredients

flour 900 g
water 500 ml
brewer’s yeast 3 g
salt 20 g
lard (optional) 1 tbsp

To season:
sautéed turnip greens
1 tray of Vismara’s Cooked Ham Fresco Piacere
Apulian burrata
extra virgin olive oil
roast potatoes
toasted bread crumbs


  • Pour the water into the mixing bowl and dissolve the yeast in it; add the flour a little at a time, almost at the end add the salt and lard (if you have chosen to use it), continue with the remaining flour and knead until the mixture comes off the sides of the bowl.
  • Transfer the dough to the work surface and finish working it to obtain a smooth dough. Put everything in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it levitate until doubled in size, better in the oven off with the light on.
  • As soon as the dough has doubled its volume, turn it over on the surface, remove 8 pieces of about 180 g, shape into balls and allow to levitate until doubled in size again on a well-floured plate.
  • After the leavening time has elapsed, take a ball and spread it outwards from the centre. Bake in a preheated oven at maximum temperature for about 10 minutes; take out of the oven and season the pizza with Vismara Cooked Ham, Apulian burrata, sautéed turnip greens and roast potatoes and then finish cooking for a few minutes in the oven. Remove from the oven, garnish with a sprinkling of toasted bread crumbs, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and … the pizza with burrata, cooked ham and turnip greens is served!
