Pasta alla valdostana

350 g pasta
200 g Vismara Cooked Ham cut into cubes
200 g fontina
100 g Parmigiano Reggiano DOP
200 g fresh cream


  • Put the butter and the cooked ham cubes in a pan. Let them brown, then add the fontina cut into strips and the cream.
  • Put a pot of water on the stove, boil it, add salt and add the pasta.
  • Once cooked, drain it and add the pasta into the pan with the cooked ham and fontina. Sauté for a minute on full heat, then turn off, season with salt, sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano, add parsley and… enjoy your meal!
