Broccoli flan with Vismara cooked ham

100 g of Vismara Cooked Ham in cubes
100 g of provolone or caciotta
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

- Wash the broccoli and separate the buds, then boil them in plenty of salted water, then drain and keep them aside.
