Broccoli flan with Vismara cooked ham

Ingredienti
1 broccoli
3 eggs
100 g of Vismara Cooked Ham in cubes
100 g of provolone or caciotta
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste
Preparazione
- Wash the broccoli and separate the buds, then boil them in plenty of salted water, then drain and keep them aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a pan sprinkled with a drizzle of oil, arrange a layer of broccoli and distribute half of the cooked ham and cheese cut into cubes.
- Cover with another layer of broccoli and with the remaining cooked ham and cheese and finally with the eggs.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes until the surface is lightly browned, after which serve to your guests.
