Broccoli flan with Vismara cooked ham

1 broccoli
3 eggs
100 g of Vismara Cooked Ham in cubes
100 g of provolone or caciotta
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and Pepper To Taste


  • Wash the broccoli and separate the buds, then boil them in plenty of salted water, then drain and keep them aside.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • In a pan sprinkled with a drizzle of oil, arrange a layer of broccoli and distribute half of the cooked ham and cheese cut into cubes.
  • Cover with another layer of broccoli and with the remaining cooked ham and cheese and finally with the eggs.
